For release from Monday 5 October 2026, 9:00 (Argentina time). SuperficiarIA opens a public map of the land of Vaca Muerta, parcel by parcel The Neuquén-based platform brings together on one screen 520,257 parcels in Neuquén and Río Negro, hydrocarbon blocks and concessions with their operator, wells, pipelines, roads and the 16 planned works between Vaca Muerta and the Atlantic. It launches ahead of AOG Patagonia 2026, 19 to 22 October. Neuquén, 5 October 2026. SuperficiarIA, a land information platform based in Neuquén, opens its map of Neuquén and Río Negro to the public. It combines 105 layers from 11 official agencies (among them Neuquén Hydrocarbons and Cadastre, COPADE, IDE Río Negro, the National Energy Secretariat and IGN) and shows, for each field, which block covers it and who operates it, which wells and pipelines are nearby and how many truck minutes it is from Añelo. Every figure carries its source. The map serves two audiences: companies looking for a place to set up a base, a work camp or a plant in the Añelo to Rincón de los Sauces corridor or, in Río Negro, along the Allen–Sierra Grande / Punta Colorada corridor on the way to Argentina LNG and VMOS, and landowners, who can see what is happening around their land. Browsing is free. A free account adds the 16 planned works (roads, pipelines, power, industrial parks, water, irrigation, rail and health, each with its status and source) and the year-by-year history of the basin. "The information needed to decide about the land of Vaca Muerta is spread across many agencies. We put it on a single map so that people who live and work in Neuquén can decide with the same data as an operator", said the SuperficiarIA team. The team will attend AOG Patagonia 2026, 19 to 22 October at Espacio DUAM in Neuquén, and is arranging map demos with companies. The website is superficiaria.com.
