Superficiario is the person who owns the land where someone else drills.
That is what Argentine hydrocarbons law calls them. The province concessions the subsoil; the surface has an owner, and that owner almost always negotiates alone and blind. SuperficiarIA works on that side, and on the side of whoever needs to set up. The last two letters carry the difference: the intelligence that joins what today sits scattered across twenty agencies in four provinces.

Vaca Muerta will move land with us or without us. What matters is what is left afterwards: a project that employs and produces, or a deal that closed quietly and left a new fence.
