What data SuperficiarIA collects, what it is used for and how to ask us to delete it.
Version 2026-10-06
Data controller
The data you leave here is processed by GRUPO ANCESTRA SAS, CUIT 33-71935529-9, registered office at Martha Salotti 540, 6° 2, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, responsible for the "SuperficiarIA" database.
What we collect
- Full name and email address. If you sign in with Google, they come from your Google account and nothing else is stored from it.
- WhatsApp, company or property and profile (owner, company, investor, professional), only if you fill them in. They are optional.
- The places you save in My places (a parcel, a point, a drawn area, a concession or an operator) and the alerts you created, so we can notify you.
Site usage
When you browse, the site stores a random identifier in your browser, used to recognize that two visits come from the same browser. Along with it we record the country, region and city estimated from your connection (the IP address itself is not stored), the network you connect through, your browser, operating system and screen size.
From what you do inside we keep the pages you viewed, the layers you turned on and off, the path you took around the map (where and how closely you looked), the parcels you opened and the lots you scanned, what you typed in the search box and in the copilot (without emails, phone numbers, ID or tax numbers, which are removed before saving) and the time you spent on the site. It is used to improve the platform and, if you leave your email, to be able to contact you.
The SuperficiarIA team can replay that path on the map to understand how the platform is used. The screen is not recorded, nor what you type in forms, and every time someone on the team views a person's path it is logged.
That detail is kept for 12 months; after that only a daily statistical summary remains, with no identifiers. If you create an account, the earlier activity of that same browser is linked to your account. You can request access to that data or its deletion by writing to hola@superficiaria.com.
What we use it for
We use it to create your account, give you access to the information the platform computes, and let you know when someone is looking for land like yours.
When you create your account we will let you know, by WhatsApp, phone or email, when someone is looking for land that matches yours or when something turns up that fits what you are after. That notice is the service: if you do not want it, there is no point in opening an account. You can stop it whenever you want. The same goes for the alerts you create yourself on a lot, an area, a block or an operator, and for the weekly digest if you subscribe: every email carries its one-click unsubscribe link.
Signing in with Google
You sign in with Google: we take your name and email, nothing else. With that you can save lots and we let you know when land that fits what you are after turns up. You can ask us to delete it whenever you want.
Commercial notices
Only if you ticked the box when creating the account. It is optional and you can untick it whenever you want.
I expressly authorize GRUPO ANCESTRA SAS, CUIT 33-71935529-9, to contact me by phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email at the details I left here, to bring me opportunities to buy, sell, lease or assign the use of ranches, lots and industrial land, market information for the area, and services of its own or of third parties linked to the platform.
If I want to move ahead with a transaction, I authorize my contact details to be shared with the licensed broker who handles it (Rocío Albaine, licensed broker, Reg. 279 Neuquén; in Río Negro, a broker licensed in that province), who serves me, signs and collects her or his fees. GRUPO ANCESTRA SAS does not act as a broker and charges no commission on the transaction.
I understand that this authorization is voluntary, that I can use the full platform without giving it, and that I can revoke it at any time and at no cost, channel by channel, by writing to hola@superficiaria.com, replying STOP to any message, or from My account.
If my line is listed in the Argentine National "Do Not Call" Registry (Law 26,951), by ticking this box I am giving the express permission of article 8(e) of that law so that I may still be called or messaged by WhatsApp or SMS at that number.
Advertising measurement
Since 03/10/2026 superficiaria.com loads the Meta pixel to learn which ads bring visits and new accounts. It records page views, accounts created, meetings requested, reports generated and parcels opened; it does not read what you type on the map or in forms. It is not loaded in the admin panel. We use no other third-party analytics: visit logging is our own and is described above, under Site usage.
To turn it off: block trackers or the connect.facebook.net domain in your browser settings or with an extension, or turn off off-Meta activity in your Facebook or Instagram settings (Accounts Center, Your activity off Meta technologies). The site works the same without the pixel.
Who else is involved
Cloudflare hosts the site and the database. Google is involved if you sign in with Google. Resend sends the emails. Anthropic processes what you type into the map copilot to build the answer. Meta receives the pixel events. Telegram carries internal alerts to the team, for example when an account is created. detect.ar delivers the Veraz reports described below.
Data on parcel owners
Besides data on site users, SuperficiarIA keeps an internal database of owners of rural parcels in Neuquén, in order to offer them purchase, sale, lease or easement transactions on their land.
Source: publicly accessible sources. The Neuquén provincial cadastre provides the owner name, tax ID or national ID and their share and role in each parcel. ARCA public registries provide the registered name and tax status. The Central Bank debtor registry provides the credit status. When the team works on a specific parcel, it requests by hand, one owner at a time, the Veraz (Equifax) report through detect.ar, which includes phone numbers, addresses, age and credit history. That report is never requested in bulk.
Legal basis: no consent is required because the data come from unrestricted publicly accessible sources (section 5, subsection 2, item a, of Law 25,326), and section 27 of that law allows using them to offer goods or services.
This data lives only in the internal panel, behind the team login. It is never published: the map and the report show no owner names, tax IDs, national IDs or phone numbers, and the site build checks this on every release.
Before calling a number, where applicable, the national Do Not Call Registry (Law 26,951) is checked, and registered numbers are flagged so they are not used for commercial purposes.
If you are an owner and do not want to be contacted
You can ask at any time, free of charge and without giving reasons, for your name to be removed or blocked from this database (section 27, subsection 3, of Law 25,326 and Provision 4/2009 of the National Directorate for Personal Data Protection). Just say so on the call or message, or write to hola@superficiaria.com or privacidad@ancestra.ar. You choose whether your record is blocked (you will not be contacted again) or deleted. Every contact tells you where your data comes from and that you have this right.
Your rights
Fields marked with an asterisk are required: without them we cannot open the account. You can access your data, correct it or ask us to delete it by writing to hola@superficiaria.com, free of charge and whenever you want. You can also file a claim with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (Argentina's data protection authority), Av. Julio A. Roca 710, 2nd floor, Buenos Aires.
Write to hola@superficiaria.com or privacidad@ancestra.ar. We answer within the legal deadlines: ten calendar days for access and five business days to correct, update or delete. Access is free if requested at intervals of six months or more, unless you show a legitimate interest to request it sooner.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules. argentina.gob.ar/aaip
